Thor Exploration Notice for Transfer to NEX

Thor Exploration Ltd. (TSX.V - THX) ("Thor" or the "Company") announced that in accordance with section 3.2(b) of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") Policy 2.5, the Exchange has advised the Company that Thor is required to provide a submission to the Exchange on or before May 26, 2011 evidencing that it meets Tier 2 continuing listing requirements ("CLR"). If Thor has not satisfied the Exchange that it meets Tier 2 CLR, the Exchange may proceed to transfer the Company's listing to NEX. The Company is reviewing the requirements and assessing methods of retaining its listing.
